Human Resources Coordinator

$70,000 – $75,000 + Super

Sydney, CBD

This highly sought-after role is perfect for someone looking to combine their passion and care for the environment and their skills and experience in the HR field with a focus on Training, eager to further develop their HR career.

Be prepared to be exposed to the full HR function and be prepared to run with various projects and wear many hats at any one time. Such an exciting role for someone who really wants to consolidate and grow their skills base

This crucial role will be supporting the People and Culture Director in delivering and evaluating organisation development initiatives, you will also have a natural flair for face to face training. The role is perfect for somebody who is a dynamic ‘people person’, has a great work ethic and is keen to tackle a challenge. You’ll be working with a team of like-minded people who are passionate and environmentally aware.

Duties include but are not limited to Assisting the People & Culture Director in:

  • Training and coaching. Currently there is a 360 process in place that involves leadership coaching.
  • A talent management program that needs to be implemented,
  • An established performance management, that requires oversight, reporting, and delivery of workshops,
  • An induction program that requires coordination of the annual 3 day On boarding Program
  • Ownership of the coordination of the 50 volunteers and interns (per year)
  • Provides analysis on L&D requirements
  • Administers the Reward & Recognition
  • Skills Needed:
  • Experience within a HR, organisational development or learning and development is essential
  • Open and friendly communication style is essential
  • Demonstrated use of initiative and attention to detail
  • Proficient on all MS office packages
