Our client is looking for an experienced Investigations Officer with to work within the Complaints and Investigations unit to review and investigate cases.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage cases of complaints and carry out investigation accordingly
  • Research and report on findings

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of State Government Regulations and legislation
  • Experience working within the NSW Government
