We are looking for a proactive and motivated Office Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day smooth operations for the business including office/facilities management, reception, and other administrative duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative and office support to the business.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the office including reception, meeting coordination, ordering supplies, event coordination.
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Owner and broader team when required.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Office management, administrative or assistant experience.
- You are professional with strong communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
