Part Time Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Assistant

3 month temporary assignment

Sydney CBD

$30 per hour + Super

Cox Purtell is currently hiring fluent Mandarin/Cantonese and English speakers for a customer service role in a sales-suite environment. The role will involve working flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week, primarily on the weekend, in Sydney CBD.

To be successful in the role, you will have an empathetic personality, being able to handle a variety of situations and members of the public’s enquiries. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in a fully customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and answering general enquiries
  • Ensuring your working area is tidy and well kept
  • Gaining customer feedback
  • Assisting management with various roles

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Mandarin/Cantonese and English speaking
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer services role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be immediately available
  • Must be interested in working flexible, part time hours on weekends and after hours
  • Must be able to work for 3 months minimum
