As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is an amazing opportunity for someone to proactively lead the delivery of human resource processes and services to inspire, engage, develop and retain employees and to achieve company goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the effective and efficient management of the functional areas of work health and safety, injury management, return to work, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development and organisational development.
  • Provide specialist advice, guidance and support regarding organisational culture, values and workforce planning, current industrial provisions, legislative compliance.
  • Oversee organisational development strategies focusing on leadership, team building and the measurement of outcomes through employee engagement surveys.
  • Provide appropriate support systems to the Payroll Coordinator and CFO.
  • Update, enhance, align and manage the recruitment, selection, induction, remuneration, corporate training, and exit processes in liaison with Managers.
  • Support employee professional development, succession planning and career development for staff and manage the Performance Appraisal process.
  • Update, enhance and align the performance competencies for all levels of consultants and support staff across all locations in the Company.

Essential Criteria:

  • Appropriate HR Degree or Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Working within a dynamic, project based environment is highly desirable.
