Are you an experienced PA or EA? Great! Do you love going above and beyond for your superiors and have a love for recruitment and administration?

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated PA / EA to support a team of partners and consultants with administrative support and recruitment administration.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the partners and consultants.
  • Diary management, arranging interviews and client visits.
  • Prepare documents, candidate reports and other material as required.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks including drafting/posting advertisements, reference checks and database management.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required including expenses, reconciliations, preparing presentations.

Skills Needed:

  • Solid experience as EA/PA. Experience or interest in recruitment is ideal.
  • You are professional with strong communication skills.
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You are proactive and go above and beyond what is required.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
