Project Administrative Support Officer (eProcurement)
To provide all aspects of administrative support to the eProcurement project team.
- Provide administrative support meeting packs; secretariat; minuting meetings; travel and accommodation; function and events; setting up meetings.
- Assist with logistics and building maintenance including project accommodation
- Procure software and IT equipment and maintain asset registers.
- Assist with recruitment processes, take responsibility for on boarding and off boarding of resources.
- Assist with team health and well being initiatives
- Abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment
