Position Overview

To provide all aspects of administrative support to the eProcurement project team.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Provide administrative support meeting packs; secretariat; minuting meetings; travel and accommodation; function and events; setting up meetings.
  2. Assist with logistics and building maintenance including project accommodation
  3. Procure software and IT equipment and maintain asset registers.
  4. Assist with recruitment processes, take responsibility for on boarding and off boarding of resources.
  5. Assist with team health and well being initiatives
  6. Abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment
