Project Communications Officer – Intranet and Web Projects

Our client is in the process of launching a new intranet and undertaking a review of their current website, which is out of date and poses a significant business risk to the organisation. Currently the Squiz platform drives both the website and intranet. The intranet’s preferred platform is being assessed.

Key accountabilities of the temporary resource

  • Deliver Intranet Launch Project Plan
  • Project manage content review of website, including
    • Undertake an Information Architecture review
    • Stakeholder engagement around content
  • Assist with delivery of an updated governance framework
  • Assist with general communication requirements
  • Undertake training on platforms as required

Essential Requirements for the role

  • Experience in the delivery of intranet and web projects
  • Advanced written communication skills
  • Experience using a variety of website and intranet content management systems (Squiz Matrix and/or Squiz Workplace preferred, SharePoint experience desirable too)
