This opportunity is an integral and influential role for a business that is re-emerging in the Australian market. Working with an enthusiastic entrepreneurial sales team you will be supporting the growth of a national group to contribute to this four billion dollar beauty business globally.

You will be key in providing positive leadership and support to enable the sales team to achieve maximum sales whilst expanding the geographical base of the team nation-wide. This role will also be a key stakeholder in building a strong partnership with the marketing team. As a key leader in this business, you will be confident in being centre stage as well as being the face of the brand.

Responsible for

  • Work with independent Sales Directors to continue the expansion of the sales teams
  • Focus on people development and the growth of the sales teams skills in communication/leadership skills
  • This foster team spirit and creates a positive problem-solving environment.
  • Effectively promote and educate to help the sales force understand and maximise the company to achieves their goal.
  • Partner with the training team in obtaining feedback or identify enhancement area for sales training.
  • Assist in all Company Events such as the annual leadership conference and seminars
  • Create, implement and measure sales incentive programs
