Provide a wide range of high-level project and administrative support to the Director, Event Development and Team to facilitate the delivery of business operations.
DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Support the Director and large teams with admin various adhoc duties
- Provide a wide range of EA support in a high work-flow using Microsoft software packages
- Coordination of the Team’s travel requests, approvals and arrangements
- Coordinate the preparation and prioritisation of correspondence, briefings, reports, presentations and documents
- Preparation of high level PowerPoint presentations and

- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed writing skills including experience in Minute taking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent in CRM and records management
