We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistants to manage the daily operations of the offices and provide personal assistance.
One role is based in Sydney CBD with beautiful offices, close to public transport. This role will see the ideal candidate provide day-to-day support to the Partners and assist with recruitment administration.
The second opportunity is based in Milsons Point with views of Luna Park and the Harbour. This lucky candidate will provide personal assistance to the Managing Director along with office coordination.
Both companies sit within talent search, one specialising in health care and the other specialising in executive search. The two well-established sister companies have been around for 20+ years and pride themselves on identifying top-tier talent.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Directors/Partners including diary & email management and meeting coordination.
- Office management, including kitchen and stationary orders and IT assistance.
- Prepare relevant documentation for the Directors/Partners and broader team as required.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Degree qualified is essential.
- Prior experience as a personal and/or team assistant.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves going above and beyond what’s required.
- Can adapt to changing schedules and priorities effortlessly.
