Key accountabilities

  • Mentor, train, provide leadership and direction to new team members and junior staff as well as effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer focused work culture.
  • Participating in project teams as required in association with system upgrades, installations and new deployments
  • Provide customer BAU support activities for all adds, moves and changes to all platforms supported by the Data and Voice Support
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any faults/service issues in the eHealth NSW infrastructure
  • Contribute to the analysis and evaluation of new and emerging technologies and products in the environment supported by the Data and Voice Support services team
  • Liaise with third party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve priority faults
  • Maintain, develop and support operational monitoring and capacity management tools

Essential Criteria

  • Extensive experience in Telephony project deployment and support activities in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes strong knowledge and practical experience in working with the full suite of Avaya VoIP call centre technologies including Breeze and experience
